Shipping Policy

All the signs on our website are eligible for fast & free delivery. With our free shipping offer, you save an extra $30-$60 shipment fee on every sign! Free shipping is only offered in the contiguous United States.

Neonsignexpress.com guarantees that your neon sign will be delivered to you undamaged. But, in the event that your neon sign sustains damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of sign to report the problem.

We require a photo of the damage to determine what the best course of action should be to remedy the situation. After assessing the damage, Neonsignexpress.com will either offer to send the customer replacement parts or retrieve the sign to make any necessary repairs, the decision will be at our discretion.

All claims for breakage and/or damage must be reported immediately. Any merchandise that sustains damage during shipping must be reported to Neonsignexpress.com within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report damage within the noted time frame will void the claim. After a claim is made, Neonsignexpress.com will assess the damage and determine in what manner to proceed.

No Breakage Guarantee we have a 100% No Breakage Guarantee and expect your purchase to arrive in excellent condition. Because of the nature of the product, all sales are considered final and items may not be returned for refund or exchange. Items may be returned for replacement or repair due to delivery breakage or if covered under the warranty policy. Each product comes with a warranty, please see details below. In order for us to provide the 100% No Breakage Guarantee we need you to follow these guidelines. Open your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the package or in front of the delivery person if possible. Do not break the inner seal or remove the sign from the inner box before plugging it in and testing the sign for damage. The sign must be returned in its original box if there is a problem. Notify us within 24 hours of Delivery if you have any claim related to breakage. Otherwise we will not be able to honor any claims related to damage during shipping, especially if you have removed the sign from the shipping box. We will arrange a call tag to be issued from UPS to return the sign to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Warranty Returns PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD All Neon Business signs carry a manufacturer's 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for products that are returned in their original inner and outer boxes, along with all original packing materials in place. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and approval to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If the sign fails in the first 30 days from the date of receipt, we will pay the freight to ship the sign back, after 30 days the customer will be responsible for the freight cost using our lower shipping rates. The manufacturer will repair or replace the sign. Breakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any breakage claim not reported within 24 hours will be resolved by us sending you the replacement parts at your expense. All orders, typically, ship within 4-7 business days, with many orders actually shipping sooner than this. Custom sign orders will ship within 7-10 business days. We ship all of our signs by UPS Ground or FedEx. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you may expect your shipment within 3-5 business days.
