Neonsignexpress.com guarantees that your neon sign will be delivered to you undamaged. But, in the event that your neon sign sustains damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of sign to report the problem.
We require a photo of the damage to determine what the best course of action should be to remedy the situation. After assessing the damage, Neonsignexpress.com will either offer to send the customer replacement parts or retrieve the sign to make any necessary repairs, the decision will be at our discretion.
All claims for breakage and/or damage must be reported immediately. Any merchandise that sustains damage during shipping must be reported to Neonsignexpress.com within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report damage within the noted time frame will void the claim. After a claim is made, Neonsignexpress.com will assess the damage and determine in what manner to proceed.
To ensure that you receive your neon sign in one piece, Neonsignexpress.com painstakingly wraps each sign with tape, to afford extra stability to the sign. Then the entire sign is wrapped in bubble wrap. Once it’s wrapped in bubble wrap, we box it up. Most companies use only 1 box to ship their neon signs. Here at Neonsignexpress.com, we double box your sign to ensure that it reaches you damage free!
All orders, typically, ship within 4-7 business days, with many orders actually shipping sooner than this. We ship all of our signs by UPS Ground. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you may expect your shipment within 3-5 business days. We do offer expedited shipping, but these charges vary by service.
